Terms
Effective September 1, 2026Product demonstrations inform decisions; they do not replace them.
These terms describe the public website, sample fixtures, DEP subscriptions, and engagement-request process. Customer-specific services require a separate written agreement.
Public website and demonstrations
Website content, DEP Explorer scenarios, and sample Change Passports are informational demonstrations. They do not represent customer results, production assurance, legal advice, professional audit conclusions, or a security guarantee.
Human acceptance
Automated checks, models, agents, VerShep, CPF, and DEP may inform a decision. They do not replace the named Human or organizational authority responsible for accepting, rejecting, correcting, escalating, deploying, or revoking an outcome.
Published prices
Published prices describe the standard starting scope shown on the Pricing page. DEP subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout when the account interface shows checkout as available. Assurance-service availability, payment schedule, deliverables, data handling, intellectual property, support, and liability are established in a written agreement accepted by the parties.
DEP subscriptions
DEP Pro renews automatically on the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. The subscription price and renewal date are shown before purchase and in the Stripe customer portal. Taxes may apply. Cancel through the customer portal; access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period unless the portal states otherwise. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, completed subscription charges are nonrefundable.
The Free plan supports one active project and up to three active reviews. Founding Pro supports up to 25 active projects and 250 active reviews. Free includes up to one managed outcome per month when that capability is enabled. Pro includes up to 50 managed outcomes and 25 draft pull requests per month when those capabilities are enabled. Archived records do not count toward active limits. VerShep may apply reasonable technical and abuse-prevention limits to protect service availability and data integrity.
Connected projects and provider access
Connected-project capabilities require you to authorize the applicable GitHub App on repositories you are permitted to use. Read-only access and draft-PR access use separate permission tiers. You remain responsible for repository authorization, source rights, review of imported scope, Human acceptance, and every action taken after a draft pull request is created. Provider availability, installation policy, rate limits, and outages may affect the feature.
Managed outcome analysis uses VerShep-configured model API access and explicit plan limits; it does not use a customer's consumer ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor subscription as API entitlement. Model and deterministic results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed. No automated result creates acceptance, merge, deployment, signing, publication, or business authority.
Founding Early Access promotion
Founding Early Access is $39 monthly or $390 annually and closes on October 31, 2026, or when 100 paid Pro subscribers have joined, whichever occurs first. The promotional price remains attached to a continuously active subscription in good standing. A payment recovery period of up to seven days may preserve access and pricing when payment is successfully recovered. Cancellation or unresolved nonpayment that ends the subscription also ends eligibility for the promotional price. A later subscription uses the price available at that time.
Excluded activities
Unless separately authorized in writing, initial offerings exclude custody, private-key access, signing, autonomous deployment, unrestricted production mutation, professional audit replacement, guaranteed security, and autonomous Human acceptance.
Growth partner interest
The Growth Partner page describes an intended founding channel framework. Submitting interest does not create employment, partnership, franchise, territory, representation, compensation, or authority to bind VerShep. Only a separate written agreement signed by VerShep establishes participation and compensation. VerShep does not pay for recruitment, joining, ranks, required self-purchases, or additional recruiting levels.
Capital communications
VerShep does not use this website for investment outreach or investor intake. The /investors route provides only a narrow company-information boundary and does not accept an investment inquiry, money, commitment, or other consideration. Ordinary product and service questions use the standard engagement path. Historical inquiry records, if any, remain governed by the Privacy Notice and applicable retention obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use public VerShep surfaces to submit unlawful material, credentials, malware, private keys, regulated personal data, confidential security findings, or third-party information you are not authorized to disclose.
Company and product status
VerShep, LLC is an active Texas limited liability company and operates the VerShep website and commercial offerings. CPF and DEP are controlled and stewarded by VerShep, LLC; third-party components and contributions remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights. CPF and DEP remain the technical foundations described on the Developers page.
