Authoritative context
Important work should begin from known, current sources.
Company
Active Texas LLCVerShep provides the assurance layer between AI-generated work and Human acceptance through public product experiences and scoped services.
The name combines verified with shepherd. It reflects a system that follows Human direction, maintains boundaries, coordinates moving parts, detects drift, and returns evidence for Human judgment.
Legal status
VerShep, LLC has been formed in Texas and is the operating company behind VerShep Assurance.
VerShep, LLC controls CPF and DEP and is responsible for their stewardship, commercial product direction, and public product relationships. Third-party code and contributions retain their applicable licenses and rights.
Brand principles
Important work should begin from known, current sources.
Purpose, permissions, and stop conditions must stay explicit.
The system doing the work should not certify itself alone.
The final business decision remains with the named Human.
CPF in practice
The Contextual Pipeline Framework gives specialized AI agents the authoritative context, bounded assignments, verification requirements, and Human gates needed to contribute to complex systems without confusing activity with an accepted outcome.
Instead of repeatedly sending every agent the full project history, CPF can deliver task-relevant context and reusable evidence. This is designed to reduce unnecessary context repetition and token use while preserving source authority, reviewability, and Human control.
First pilot client
NanoRes Studios is an independent company and VerShep's first pilot client. It uses CPF and DEP while building a holistic AAA digital economy centered on a persistent MMO Action RPG and a connected Arcade whose commodity rewards power the MMO economy. NanoRes retains repository, economy, product, and Human acceptance authority.
Client
CampaignOS.tech uses CPF to guide a lean agentic team through a complex product and operational buildout. Bounded work packets, verification evidence, and Human review keep delivery aligned as the system grows.
VerShep product
DEP is a CPF-based product built by VerShep. Public Early Access now gives signed-in users account-owned workspaces for software, Solana, Ethereum and EVM, operations, and custom outcomes; each path preserves boundaries, evidence state, an audit timeline, and a Human-owned decision.
Products and services
VerShep provides DEP Early Access and VerShep Assurance services built on CPF. The product path supports self-service adoption; the direct-services path helps organizations apply CPF to their own sources, agents, tools, policies, verification systems, and Human decision structures.
Current availability, service status, and product boundaries are identified throughout this site. Public samples remain distinct from production customer outcomes.
