Public products and paid engagements

One assurance system. Three clear ways to use it.

Assemble a governed Digital Entity flock in DEP, inspect the proof in a Change Passport, or bring VerShep into a consequential workflow that needs a tailored assurance path.

VerShep, an all-black female Border Collie wearing a muted pink collar and a Warm Field tag with the VerShep bracket-and-check symbol, guides robotic Digital Entities through bounded routine lanes toward a separate Human decision platform.

01Public Early Access

DEP

The self-serve application for connecting a project, configuring a Digital Entity flock, defining paused routines, following the accepted-outcome path, and recording the Human decision.

Change Passport

The portable outcome record that shows what governed the work, what was checked, what remains unresolved, and who made the final decision. Passport Steward can turn an accepted boundary into a repeatable Passport Entity.

VerShep Assurance

The guided path for designing one governed workflow, proving a useful result, and establishing ongoing assurance around consequential AI-assisted work.

Digital Entity Mission Control

DEP Public Early Access

See the whole flock. Focus where Human judgment matters.

DEP brings connected work, bounded Digital Entity roles, paused or active routines, evidence state, and the next safe action into one attention-first view. You can see what is moving, what is blocked, and what is waiting for your decision.

  • Begin with a guided outcome, a first-party flock template, or a selected GitHub change
  • Edit each Entity role, responsibility, risk label, and visual presence
  • Define manual, timed, or named-event routines that begin paused
  • Track work across preparing, verification, attention, and Human review states
  • Open the evidence and authority record beside the work that produced it
  • Follow the source-to-decision path through five distinct stages
  • Keep acceptance and governed learning under explicit Human control

Flock configuration and Mission Control do not grant customer execution, merge, deployment, signing, publication, automatic acceptance, or automatic memory promotion. Activating a routine creates bounded work; it does not expand its authority.

Grounding source

Project Steward

Grounds the work

Confirms the requested result, accepted source, and accountable Human owner.

Authority boundary

May organize context. Cannot approve, merge, deploy, or act externally.

Interactive product illustration. DEP Early Access contains the first live 3D Entity stage. Digital Entities never make the Human acceptance decision.

Digital Entity Platform

Public Early Access

DEP is the application. Control Deck is the workspace inside it.

Choose a mission and install a preview-safe flock template, or configure each Entity yourself. DEP makes roles, routines, authority, evidence, cost, and attention state visible, then returns consequential work to you for the decision. Afterward, DEP makes privacy-safe Flock Moments, fresh reuse, governed learning, and Passport Entity review rhythms explicit.

CONFIGURE

Install a first-party flock in preview or configure your own inspectable specialists.

ROUTE

Define manual, timed, or named-event routines; each one starts paused and purpose bound.

DECIDE

Accept, require correction, reject, or escalate as the named Human.

Read current capability boundaries

ChatGPT sign-in secures the workspace; DEP does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. Managed analysis runs only when VerShep activates its API-backed adapter. Uploaded code is not executed. Flock templates and routines do not inherit credentials or external authority. Draft pull requests require DEP Pro, a separate write-tier app, a blocker-free Human-accepted outcome, and exact confirmation. DEP cannot merge, deploy, sign, publish, or replace Human acceptance. Learning requires a Human promotion decision; recurring records do not start work automatically.

Change Passport

Synthetic interactive sample

The Change Passport is the record, not another platform.

It gives reviewers, customers, auditors, and future Digital Entities one inspectable account of the request-to-acceptance path. The record stays useful even when the model or runtime changes.

  • Authoritative source and requested outcome
  • Delegated authority and denied actions
  • Evidence, findings, unknowns, and decision history
  • Redacted sharing, fresh reuse, and a provider-neutral Trust Envelope export
  • Weekly, monthly, or manually signaled Passport Entity drafts with a new Human decision
VerShep guides robotic AI agents through separate evidence, inspection, and Human decision gates.

VerShep Assurance

Paid engagements

For work that needs more than self-service.
