Pay for governed outcome capacity
Projects, active reviews, and managed Passport outcomes map the plan to useful work. Raw tokens are not the customer-facing unit of value.
Keep model billing explicit
ChatGPT sign-in secures the account but does not provide API credit. Managed analysis uses VerShep plan capacity only when the feature is enabled.
No automatic usage overage
When managed capacity is unavailable or the monthly allowance is reached, DEP preserves the deterministic evidence path instead of silently adding a usage charge.
Qualify complex deployments
Local Farm and Private Farm identity, backup, updates, infrastructure, support, and service levels receive a written scope after technical and operational qualification. They are not disguised as a one-click plan.
Managed Passport allowance, active-project limits, and active-review limits protect service reliability and operating cost. Customer model subscriptions, Local Farm hardware, private infrastructure, integrations, setup, and scoped services remain separate unless a written offer says otherwise.
